kullu to jibhi
kullu is the nearest proper town to jibhi and home to the closest airport, bhuntar, just south of it. jibhi is about 60 km away, roughly 2 to 2.5 hours by road down the highway to aut and then up into the banjar valley. if you're flying in, this is the leg you'll drive.

from bhuntar airport
bhuntar (the kullu-manali airport) is the closest airport to jibhi, about 2 to 2.5 hours away. flights are limited and weather-dependent, so keep a buffer. a prepaid or homestay-arranged taxi from the airport is the smoothest way in.
by taxi or self-drive
head south from kullu through bhuntar to aut, then turn off the highway into the banjar valley just before the aut tunnel. the road narrows and climbs gently from there to jibhi. an easy half-day with time for chai along the way.
by bus
take a kullu or bhuntar bus toward mandi and get off at aut, then change for local transport into the banjar valley toward jibhi. straightforward in daytime.
one tip
flying into bhuntar saves hours over the road from delhi, but flights cancel often in bad weather. have a road plan as backup before you book.
